The owners, Juan Michel and his wife, welcomed us with warmth and kindness, ensuring our visit was nothing short of extraordinary. The meticulously restored 12th-century Tower house provided a cozy and luxurious stay, complemented by the unmissable restaurant serving exceptional Michelin-nominated cuisine. The surrounding medieval buildings and picturesque village, nestled in the tranquil mountains, created an enchanting atmosphere perfect for relaxation and exploration. A true gem for those seeking a unique cultural and culinary experience, highly recommended for a memorable retreat in the heart of Spain.
